Delivery
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays) from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and StarTrack. Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Express Post options are available at checkout for 1–3 business day delivery to most metropolitan areas.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via Australia Post International. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping promotions are offered from time to time and will be displayed at checkout when active.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Our liability for delivery delays is limited as set out under the Australian Consumer Law.
